Togo Launches 60-80MW Scaling Solar Tender
December 20, 2019. The Government of Togo – through the Togolese Agency for Rural Electrification and Renewable Energy (Agence Togolaise d’Electrification Rurale et des Energies Renouvelables – AT2ER) – has issued a Request for Pre-Qualification (RFQ) for the design, financing, construction and operation of two grid-connected solar PV plants on an IPP basis with a total installed capacity of 60 to 80 MWac.
The two plants will be located near Awandjélo in the Kara region and near Sokodé in the Central region.

All interested parties are invited to register with AT2ER and purchase the RFQ document in accordance with the process described in the RFQ notice.
Pre-qualification applications must be submitted on or before 10:00am local time on March 30th, 2020. Only pre-qualified bidders will receive the Request for Proposals.
