Niger Announces Prequalified Bidders

Niger has announced the list of prequalified bidders for the design, financing, construction, and operation of a grid-connected solar PV plant with a capacity of approximately 50 MWac, to be developed under the World Bank Group’s Scaling Solar program. The plant will be located in Gorou Banda, on the outskirts of the capital city of Niamey.

Six firms and consortia were selected out of 14 candidates:

2. GreenYellow SA
3. Voltalia SA
4. Nareva Holding
5. Elsewedy Electric SAE
6. Infinity Power Holding
